Why we use AI

We use AI tools to support the creation and improvement of 360-Audit.com content, products and videos. Our current uses are creative and editorial: improving presentation, clarity and production quality.

Tools and activities

Tools used include ChatGPT, Claude, CapCut and Figma, including AI features available within those products. Depending on the project, we use them to:

- Improve the wording, grammar, clarity and structure of copy in products and videos.
- Enhance, retouch, edit and upscale images.
- Assist with video creation and editing, improve resolution and apply visual effects.
- Enhance recorded voice and audio quality, including noise reduction and clarity.
- Refine the overall presentation and quality of learning and promotional content for social media.

Not every asset uses AI, and different projects may use different combinations of tools. Naming a tool does not imply endorsement, certification or a partnership with its provider.

Scope and human responsibility

This policy describes AI-assisted production. It does not describe a customer-facing AI adviser, automated assessment service or AI system making purchasing, credit or eligibility decisions about customers.

We remain responsible for the content we publish. AI assistance does not itself establish that a claim is accurate, an image is authentic, an example represents a real result, or an asset is free of third-party rights. Our publishing standard is to review content for accuracy, clarity, appropriateness and permissions, with particular attention to factual claims and technical instructions.

AI-generated or edited material can contain mistakes or artefacts. If you identify an error, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and correct it where appropriate. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Authenticity and disclosure

We do not use AI as permission to fabricate customer testimonials, business results, qualifications or endorsements. Where synthetic or materially altered media could reasonably mislead someone about a real person, event, statement or result, we will provide an appropriate disclosure. Routine editing such as noise reduction, retouching or upscaling is not a claim that the asset is wholly unedited.

Voice enhancement is distinct from cloning someone’s identity. Any use of an identifiable person’s synthetic voice or likeness requires appropriate authority, permissions and disclosures. This policy does not assert that we currently offer voice cloning.

Privacy and confidential information

Our described AI uses do not require student account information, payment details or private client datasets. We do not authorise uploading such information to AI tools merely for convenience. If a proposed project requires personal or confidential material, it must first have an appropriate lawful basis, permissions, safeguards and any required notice or contractual arrangement.

AI providers handle prompts and uploaded assets under their own terms, privacy settings and account arrangements. We do not promise that every provider always deletes inputs immediately or never uses them for training. Those practices depend on the service and settings used. Our Privacy Policy explains our wider personal-data practices.

Intellectual property and learner use

Using AI does not automatically give us exclusive rights in an output or remove third-party rights. We aim to use materials we are entitled to use and assess relevant provider terms and asset licences.

Our course and product licences continue to apply to AI-assisted materials to the extent rights exist. Learners may apply what they learn in their own work, but may not upload or redistribute restricted course materials through AI systems contrary to those licences or our Acceptable Use Policy. We do not claim ownership of public-domain material or rights that the law does not recognise.

Updates

We will update this policy if our AI uses materially change. A new use involving customer data or decision-making would require a separate assessment and appropriate information before introduction.
