1. Ownership and accurate references

Our names, logos, graphics and other distinctive branding belong to YOUX LTD. or their respective owners to the extent protected. We do not assert that every name or logo is a registered trade mark. You may make accurate, lawful references to 360-Audit.com, review our products and describe genuine course attendance without suggesting an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

2. Approved brand assets

Use our logos or supplied promotional assets only under an express licence, approved partner arrangement, or applicable legal right. Follow supplied artwork instructions; do not distort, recolour or combine marks into your own logo without permission. Do not register confusing domains, social accounts, products or business names, impersonate us or create a misleading official-looking site.

Authorised partners must follow their programme agreement, use current approved claims and prices, and clearly disclose paid relationships. Permission to use promotional assets does not include permission to reproduce paid courses or upload restricted materials into AI systems.

3. Course certificates and badges

Where a product expressly includes a certificate or badge, it records completion of the stated requirements. It is not a regulated qualification, professional accreditation, licence to practise or certification of a website’s legal compliance unless expressly and accurately identified as such.

You may truthfully display an issued certificate or badge for the named recipient, including on LinkedIn, subject to its stated use instructions. Do not change names, dates, results or wording; issue copies to others; or describe yourself as endorsed, employed or professionally accredited by us without a separate genuine basis.

We may correct an administrative error or investigate a counterfeit or materially misrepresented credential, with a fair opportunity to respond. Legitimate criticism is not grounds to revoke a genuine achievement.

4. Permissions and concerns

Contact [email protected] for additional brand permissions or to report misuse. Nothing here restricts statutory quotation, criticism, nominative use, fair use/fair dealing or other applicable rights. Existing contractual permissions are changed only through a valid agreed process.
