1. What is protected

This notice concerns our original courses, videos, audio, transcripts, PDFs, checklists, Figma files, templates, website copy and graphics, and the protected elements of our audit deliverables. They belong to YOUX LTD. or the relevant licensors to the extent intellectual property rights exist.

It applies as a contractual licence where properly incorporated into your purchase or separately accepted. For people who have not agreed to a contract with us, it is a notice of rights and the permissions we do and do not offer, rather than a claim that visiting a page automatically creates every contractual obligation. Copyright and other applicable legal protections can still apply without a customer contract.

2. What you may do

You may study purchased content within the access period, retain downloads expressly supplied for ongoing use, and apply your learning to your own business and paid client work. Templates expressly supplied for adaptation may be used to prepare your own or your clients’ deliverables under the product licence.

You retain rights in your own client information and independently created work. We do not claim ownership of general knowledge, ideas, facts, public-domain materials or unprotected methods. An independent course on a similar topic is not prohibited merely because it competes with us.

3. No permission for AI ingestion or repurposing

Except with our written permission or where an applicable legal exception permits it, you must not:

- Upload, paste, transcribe, scan or otherwise provide our protected materials to an AI service, custom GPT, chatbot, agent, model-training system or shared workspace.
- Use them for model training, fine-tuning, distillation, evaluation datasets or a competing learning dataset.
- Build embeddings, vector databases, retrieval-augmented-generation systems or searchable AI knowledge bases from them.
- Generate or distribute substitute lessons, summaries, rewritten manuals, translated courses, derivative checklists, videos or products that reproduce protected expression or substantially substitute for our licensed materials.
- Scrape or bulk-extract our public or restricted content for those purposes, or ask another person or automated service to do so.
- Clone or simulate an identifiable instructor’s voice or likeness, or falsely imply their approval, without appropriate permission.
- Remove licensing information or access controls to conceal unauthorised copying or reuse.

A paid, enterprise, private or “no training” AI account does not itself grant permission to upload our content. Turning off model training does not by itself resolve licensing, confidentiality or redistribution issues.

4. Your work, client reports and accessibility

You may use AI to improve your own original writing, designs or client information if you have the necessary authority and do not include our restricted materials. Use of our reusable templates or protected report text within an AI system requires written permission unless an applicable legal right permits it.

A client may internally use and share a purchased final audit report with authorised staff and implementation advisers as allowed by the proposal. That permission does not automatically authorise uploading protected report text or reusable resources into an external AI service, model-training corpus or shared knowledge base. We can consider a specific secure internal use if requested.

These restrictions do not prevent a mandatory accessibility accommodation or a legally permitted assistive-technology use. Contact [email protected] if you need an accessible version or help identifying an appropriate tool. Nothing restricts lawful quotation, criticism, review, fair use, fair dealing or a copyright exception that cannot be overridden by contract, including qualifying text-and-data-mining exceptions.

5. Rights reservation for public content

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly reserve our rights in protected content against unauthorised text and data mining, AI training and dataset creation, including for the purposes of Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 where relevant. This reservation does not override Article 3 or other mandatory exceptions. Where machine-readable reservation is needed, the operator must also implement appropriate technical notices; this paragraph alone is not a claim that every legal or technical requirement has been satisfied.

Ordinary linking and authorised search indexing do not grant training or republication rights. Technical access, crawler permission or publicly viewable content is not an unrestricted copyright licence. Conversely, robots instructions do not expand our ownership or abolish legal exceptions.

6. Permissions, reports and enforcement

Ask [email protected] for permission, describing the material, tool, purpose, users, storage, retention and whether any data will train models or be disclosed. Silence is not permission.

If you report suspected misuse, provide links and evidence obtained lawfully. We may investigate, request removal, use platform takedown processes, proportionately restrict an account under agreed terms or seek available legal remedies. We do not claim automatic ownership of every AI output, a guaranteed remedy, or an automatic fine for each breach.

Existing customers remain governed by their agreed licence unless a valid change is made. This notice cannot retrospectively remove rights already granted.
