1. Clear prices

We aim to describe the price of 360-Audit.com products and services accurately. The amount payable, currency, applicable taxes and unavoidable charges are disclosed before purchase. An optional payment plan must state its instalments and total price; a lower headline monthly amount is not the full purchase price.

2. Crossed-out and comparison prices

Where we display a crossed-out amount, “was” price, savings percentage or similar comparison, we must clearly explain the basis close to the claim and be able to substantiate it. We will not use an invented or artificially inflated amount to create an impression of a saving.

A former-price comparison represents a genuine earlier selling or offering price supported by relevant price history. It is not a hypothetical figure chosen to make the current price look attractive. If a product stays at a lower price and the higher comparison no longer fairly represents its usual or relevant previous price, we must remove or change the comparison.

A comparison with buying items separately must use genuine, applicable standalone prices for the same items and clearly say that this is the basis. If an item is not actually sold separately, we must not present an invented standalone amount as a real separately payable price.

An estimated value is not the same as a former selling price. Calling a figure “value”, “RRP” or “worth” does not cure a misleading comparison. Any such claim must have a credible, clearly disclosed basis and must not imply sales history that does not exist.

3. Introductory prices and deadlines

A genuine introductory offer may explain its price, eligibility and end date. We will not repeatedly reset countdowns or claim a price increase or final deadline without a genuine basis. If we do not have a firm, supportable future-price commitment, we should show the current price without promising that it will rise.

If a promotion changes, we will correct the visible advertising and explain material changes where appropriate. We cannot use this policy to excuse a misleading promise or hide an extension of an allegedly final offer.

4. Payment-plan comparisons

A one-off payment may cost less than a fixed instalment plan if the total and schedule are clearly disclosed and the arrangement complies with applicable law. Any savings calculation must compare the actual totals on the stated basis. Payment-provider fees, eligibility and credit terms must not be misrepresented.

5. Different products, places and times

Prices may differ by bundle, licence, currency, territory, customer eligibility or promotion. We will identify material conditions before purchase. We do not promise retrospective price matching unless an offer expressly provides it. This does not affect remedies for misleading advertising or another legal entitlement.

6. Regional rules and errors

Comparison-pricing and advertising rules vary between countries and US states. We apply the rules relevant to the audience and transaction; a general disclaimer is not a substitute for local compliance. Any legally required reference period or local pricing disclosure must be applied where relevant.

An obvious pricing error does not give us an unrestricted right to change a concluded contract. We will contact the customer, explain any issue and handle the order consistently with the agreed terms and applicable law, refunding any payment for an order we do not accept or lawfully cancel.

7. Questions and rights

Contact [email protected] about a pricing claim. Nothing in this policy requires customers to waive a misrepresentation claim, agree a displayed price comparison was genuine, or accept that an unlawful promotion becomes lawful by reading our terms.
