1. Our policy in plain English
We do not offer a voluntary change-of-mind refund guarantee for our digital products. Where the law permits, sales are final once supply has begun. This includes 360 Masterclass Bundles, streamed lessons, PDFs, checklists, Figma files, templates and other downloadable materials.
This policy does not exclude refunds, cancellation rights or other remedies required by law. A digital file is still a product for consumer-law purposes. The fact that it can be copied or cannot physically be returned does not remove your statutory rights.
Read this policy with our Terms of Service and the product information supplied before purchase. An expressly advertised additional guarantee is honoured according to its terms. These rules apply prospectively to purchases made on the stated basis, not retrospectively to remove an earlier promise.
Â
2. Change of mind
Where no mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right remains, we do not provide refunds merely because you change your mind, do not use the materials, lack time to complete a course, find you already know some content, prefer another teaching style, or fail to achieve a hoped-for business result. This does not apply where the complaint establishes misdescription, misleading claims, a defect or another legal entitlement.
Please check the bundle contents, licence, access period and disclosed technical requirements before buying. If the product does not meet a purpose you specifically made known and we agreed to meet, applicable legal rights remain protected.
## 3. United Kingdom consumers
For an online contract for digital content not supplied on a physical medium, you normally have 14 days after the contract is made to cancel, unless a lawful exception applies. We do not remove that right simply by saying “no refunds”.
If you want supply to begin during that period, we must obtain your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that beginning supply will cause you to lose your cancellation right for that digital content. We must also provide the required contract confirmation, including the consent and acknowledgement, in a form you can save. Supply can include streaming or downloading; the relevant legal requirements must actually be met.
Accepting general terms, paying, logging in or encountering an already-selected checkbox is not a substitute for the required express consent and acknowledgement. If the requirements are not met, we will not refuse a valid cancellation merely because you have accessed a lesson or file.
Digital content must meet statutory requirements, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for an agreed particular purpose where applicable, and as described. Remedies depend on the problem and may include repair, replacement or an appropriate price reduction, potentially up to the full price. Other rights may apply where we lack the right to supply the content or where it damages your device or other digital content.
4. European Union / European Economic Area consumers
Where applicable local consumer law gives you a withdrawal period for an online purchase, it is generally 14 days after contracting for digital content. The exception for early digital supply applies only when the required express consent, acknowledgement of losing the withdrawal right, and contract confirmation have been obtained or provided under the applicable national law.
Loss of a change-of-mind withdrawal right does not remove rights for non-supply or lack of conformity. Applicable remedies may include bringing the content or service into conformity, a proportionate reduction or termination and reimbursement where the statutory conditions are met. Ongoing digital services and mixed course/service contracts may have different rules from a standalone download. We apply the mandatory national rules relevant to your purchase, not a blanket rule for every European country.
5. United States customers
For purchases completed entirely online, the FTC’s general three-day Cooling-Off Rule does not itself create an automatic return period. However, federal and state laws, contractual promises, non-delivery, misrepresentation, unauthorised payments and other facts may create rights or remedies.
Our disclosed no-voluntary-change-of-mind-refunds rule applies only where enforceable in the state and circumstances concerned. We do not claim that every US state has identical refund rules or that this policy satisfies every state-specific disclosure, subscription or cancellation requirement. A mandatory state or federal right prevails.
Â
6. Customers elsewhere and business purchases
Other countries may provide mandatory guarantees, cancellation periods or remedies. We honour those rights where applicable. This policy is not a waiver of mandatory local law.
For genuine business-to-business purchases, there is no additional voluntary change-of-mind refund right unless the order says otherwise. Rights for breach of contract, non-delivery, misrepresentation or other applicable law remain. Buying a professional-skills course does not automatically mean that you are a business customer.
Â
7. Client audits and other services
A bespoke audit is a service, even if its report is delivered as a PDF or Figma file. It is not automatically covered by the immediate-download exception merely because the final deliverable is digital.
For a consumer service contract with a cancellation period, we require the appropriate express request before starting work early. If you then cancel, a proportionate payment for work actually supplied is due only where the legal conditions are met. Full performance removes the cancellation right only where all required requests, consents and acknowledgements have been obtained.
Business audit cancellation, scheduling and milestone arrangements are specified in the agreed proposal. We do not automatically keep all deposits or charge for all unperformed work. Any contractual cancellation charge must be disclosed and enforceable, taking account of actual circumstances and applicable law.
Â
8. Instalments and recurring subscriptions
A fixed instalment plan spreads the total price of a purchase. Unless a legal cancellation or refund right, an advertised guarantee or a written agreement applies, stopping use or deleting an account does not cancel the remaining agreed instalments.
A rolling subscription is different: its renewal and cancellation rules must be disclosed before purchase. You can request cancellation at [email protected]. Cancellation of future renewal does not automatically create a refund for a properly supplied past period, but mandatory rights remain.
Klarna, Clearpay or another payment provider may have separate procedures. We will process an authorised refund through the appropriate payment channel and explain the effect on our charges. Follow the provider’s process for its repayment agreement; never assume that merely emailing us suspends its payment requests.
Â
9. Report a problem or exercise a right
Email [email protected] with your name, order reference, product and a short explanation. Include helpful evidence where available, but do not send complete card details. A valid cancellation does not require a particular form or a reason where the law does not require one. You may also write to our registered office or use the model cancellation form in our Terms of Service.
We will assess the circumstances and applicable rights. We will not impose an arbitrary short claim deadline, require a confidentiality agreement or insist on store credit instead of a legally required refund. A legally due refund is paid within the applicable timeframe, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
Â
10. Refunds, access and retained copies
If a purchase is validly cancelled or refunded in a way that ends the licence, access to the affected content ends and you must stop using or distributing it and delete copies you are no longer entitled to retain, subject to legal exceptions. We do not condition a mandatory refund on proving that a digital file is technically incapable of being copied. A partial price reduction does not automatically terminate every right in an unaffected part of a bundle.
You retain lawful rights to raise a payment dispute, report fraud or seek a legal remedy. Contacting us first can help resolve genuine problems, but is not a condition of exercising a non-excludable right.
