Â
1. Scope and programme details
These terms cover texts sent by YOUX LTD., operating as 360-Audit.com, to people who enrol in a clearly identified programme. They do not authorise customers to send messages through our platform to their own contacts. We sell audits and learning products, not an SMS marketing platform.
Each opt-in must identify us, the programme purpose, whether messages are promotional or transactional, expected frequency or maximum frequency, relevant terms and privacy information, and how to opt out. The active programme schedule below must be completed before launch.
Â
2. Consent and purpose
We obtain separate affirmative consent for marketing texts where required. Consent to emails, purchase terms or an account is not consent to marketing SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing a number for a receipt, authentication or service update does not automatically authorise promotions or abandoned-cart marketing.
For US automated marketing texts where written consent is required, the disclosure and electronic agreement must satisfy the applicable federal and state requirements, including identifying YOUX LTD./360-Audit.com and explaining the relevant automated messaging. UK and EU electronic-marketing and data-protection rules also apply where relevant. We are responsible for compliance as sender; these terms do not shift that responsibility to recipients.
We retain appropriate consent and opt-out records and use contact details only for the disclosed purposes. Message timing, registration, sender identity, do-not-call requirements and any local restrictions must be implemented for each enabled territory.
Â
3. Frequency and charges
Frequency depends on the specific programme and must be stated at opt-in. We do not charge a subscription fee for receiving texts unless a separately agreed lawful paid service expressly says otherwise. Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply.
Â
4. Stop messages and get help
You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP where reply messaging is supported, using the unsubscribe route in the message, or emailing [email protected] with the relevant number and request. We also recognise other clear, reasonable revocation requests; use of one specific keyword is not the only permitted method.
We will process the request promptly and within applicable legal deadlines. We may send one non-promotional confirmation where permitted. A general request to stop our marketing texts will not be artificially limited to one programme where the law requires broader treatment. Essential messages will only continue where independently lawful and within the scope of your request and applicable rules; another appropriate channel may be used.
HELP replies are supported only where the deployed service enables them; email [email protected] always provides a help route. If a sender cannot receive replies, messages must clearly identify an effective alternative opt-out rather than instruct you to reply to an unmonitored number. These terms do not claim functionality that has not been implemented.
Â
5. Numbers, delivery and privacy
Provide a number you are entitled to use and tell us if it changes or is reassigned. Delivery depends on network and carrier services and may be delayed or fail. Do not rely on texts as an emergency service. This does not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
We do not sell or rent mobile numbers, consent records or SMS opt-in data or provide them to third parties for their own marketing. Necessary messaging providers may process them to deliver and administer the programme under appropriate arrangements, and legally required disclosures remain possible. Our Privacy Policy must identify the actual practices and relevant providers or categories before launch.
Â
6. Changes and contact
Material changes to the programme will be communicated appropriately, with fresh consent where required. Posting amended terms alone does not authorise a materially different marketing purpose. Other rights and our responsibilities are set out in our Terms of Service and applicable law.
