Our commitment

We want people with disabilities to be able to access and use 360-Audit.com, our online courses, digital products and audit services. We aim to provide an inclusive experience and make reasonable adjustments where required by applicable law, including the Equality Act 2010.

Our accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a target for improvement, not a claim that every page, video, document or third-party feature currently conforms.

Scope and current status

This statement covers our website, course materials, downloadable resources and customer support. Our website and course delivery are hosted through Kajabi. Checkout and payment features may also involve Kajabi Payments, Klarna, Clearpay and Link by Stripe.

A verified, site-wide WCAG 2.2 AA conformance assessment has not been established for this statement. We therefore do not claim full conformance or independent accessibility certification. We have not included an invented list of tested features or confirmed defects.

Our improvement priorities include clear headings and instructions, keyboard access and visible focus, readable typography and contrast, meaningful text alternatives, accessible forms, and accessible video and downloadable learning materials. These priorities describe our intended approach, rather than a guarantee that every existing item already meets them.

Videos, audio and downloadable resources

If you need captions, a transcript, a text explanation of visual information, or a more accessible version of a resource, please contact us. We will discuss an appropriate adjustment and a reasonable delivery timeframe with you. Any automated captions or transcripts may contain errors, especially in names and technical terminology; please report inaccuracies that affect your access.

Third-party features

We do not control every aspect of Kajabi, payment services, embedded tools or linked websites. If a third-party feature creates a barrier, tell us so we can investigate, raise the issue with the provider and consider an accessible alternative. Using third-party technology does not remove our own legal responsibilities.

Get help or report a barrier

Email [email protected] with the page or resource, what you were trying to do, the difficulty you experienced and your preferred way to receive help. If useful, include your browser, device and assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a medical diagnosis.

We will assess your request, explain the next steps and discuss reasonable alternatives where an immediate technical fix is unavailable. We do not charge for reasonable adjustments we are legally required to provide. If you are unhappy with the response, reply asking for your concern to be reviewed by YOUX LTD.
